Yuan Ji Dance is an exercise that integrates
martial art forms, fitness, music, dance, and entertainment.
Movements are graceful and danced in harmony to the rhythm
of the Yuan Ji music.
The graceful movements of this exercise are
like a dance. Dancing to the magnificent Yuan Ji music,
exercising every part of your body, and lightly tapping the
pressure points uplift your spirit and make one feel
euphoric. Yuan Ji Dance does not require a conscious effort.
Its movements simple, its form elegant, and is a suitable
daily exercise for the old and young.
Yuan Ji Dance is both a traditional Chinese
art form and an exercise that cultivate one’s spirit where
one achieves health and fitness through daily exercise and
relaxation. Yuan Ji Dance provides the community with a
happy form of exercise.
Classes are held in the CCBA Auditorium
10 am – 12:30 pm on Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 1:00 pm –
3:30 pm on Sundays
